Welcome to Looksglo! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Looksglo App.
By accessing and using Looksglo, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use this application.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Looksglo. By using this app, you warrant that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these terms.
The content provided on Looksglo is owned by the users who create it. Users grant Looksglo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, use, and distribute the content shared on the app.
Looksglo offers in-app purchases, including a premium subscription and boosts. Payments for these purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. All refund requests should be directed to the respective store from which the purchase was made.
You are prohibited from using the app to engage in harassment, illegal activities, or any behavior that could be deemed offensive, including excessive spamming and use of foul language. Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your account.
I reserve the right to terminate your access to the app for violations of these terms, including, but not limited to, the prohibited activities listed above.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to arbitration under the rules of the state of New Jersey, USA. This arbitration will be conducted in English.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
I reserve the right, at my discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
